My Story

A 25+ year veteran of financial management across multiple business sectors

… including non-profit, faith-based, and community-based organizations, government as well as private businesses.

George attended the University of Maryland where he earned his BA in Psychology. George is also a graduate of Washington University, St. Louis, where he earned an MA in Psychology and later earned an MBA in Finance from Southeastern University in Washington, DC.  

George holds the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification, is a member of the Internal Revenue Service National Public Liaison Business Practitioner Group and is a registered Tax Preparer in the State of Maryland and is also a member of the National Association of Tax Preparers.  

George currently serves on the Board of Trustees as Treasurer for the Healthcare Initiative Foundation and the Beta Mu Boule’ Foundation and served as a member and Board Chair for Father Flanagan’s Boys Town of Washington DC, the Washington DC chapter of the National Cares Mentoring organization and is an active member of 100 Black Men of Greater Washington DC.  

George also serves as a member of the Board of Advisors for the University of the District of Columbia School of Business and Public Administration.  

George also dedicates 3 days a week to working out for a healthy future outcome.

Why did he start?

 George is in this business after receiving a finding from the IRS that his family owed over $30,000.00 dollars in taxes and penalties due to a botched tax return.  He has engaged in significant education and training to help others avoid the situation that he found himself and his family in through providing high-quality financial and tax preparation services.
